in a plain brown cardboard box.
Same Day Service
We ship all of our orders, received by 3:00 pm EST, the same business day.
If you order on a weekend or national
holiday we will ship your order on the next business day.
Backorders and Out of Stock Products
We don't sell products
that are not in stock, which means when you place your order you are
guaranteed that item will be shipped right away.
Tracking Numbers
All of our shipments have tracking numbers attached to them. We chose
this method so that we can track your package and make sure it's
delivered properly.
Optional Insurance
We offer the option to insure your shipment. Although this is not
necessary, as the carriers we use are very reliable, we do recommend
that you insure your shipment to protect you if the package is damaged
or lost. We are not responsible for loss or damage
if the item is uninsured.
Your Choice of Carrier
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet our customers
requirements. We have express next day delivery available in most areas
of Canada in addition to our very competitive ground shipping rates.
