Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.
 
Drug Test Kits will only refund your money or exchange your item if:

• The item is defective.
• We shipped the wrong product in error.

Subject to the following terms:

• All returns/exchanges require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please Contact Us to obtain a RMA number.
• Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 14 days of the date of sale.
• If you provide us with a receipt of the return shipping costs you will be reimbursed accordingly.

We recommend you use a shipping method that is traceable and insured.

Professional Use

We expect that our customers will only purchase devices that fall within their scope of practice.

Although we don't check, we also expect that the Professionals who purchase our devices have the necessary training, or are in the process of being trained, regarding the proper use of the device.
