Frequently asked questions
Is there a Chain of Custody Form included?
Yes, every collection kit includes a CCF which must be filled out correctly in
order for the lab to process the sample.
Can you test a sample without a CCF?
No, not at this time.
How long does it take to ship the specimen to the lab?
We include 2-day** Purolator Express shipping with the kit to ensure your specimen reaches the lab as quickly as possible.
Do you offer a medical review of the results by a MRO (Medical Review Officer?
Yes we do offer a medical review, if required. The test results are sent directly to the MRO from the lab and after the review is complete the report will be available.
The review process may take as long as three business days to complete.
